Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms.
Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of information provided before entering it into the system.
Data Cleansing: Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in the data to ensure data integrity.
File Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
Data Analysis: Assist in data analysis and generating reports based on the entered data as required.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company data security protocols.
Communication: Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure data-related tasks are completed efficiently.
Quality Control: Participate in quality control activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Typing Skills: Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and discrepancies in data.
  • Time Management: Efficient time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
